RETURN POLICY
General Strap goods and other products: Our goal is complete satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return the unused product within 7 days of delivery for exchange, credit or refund according to your wishes. All returns must be received within 7 days of your initial notification of intent to return. No exchanges or refunds will be allowed past the initial 7 days. NOTE: Refunds or Exchanges on all tack items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Saddle Return Policy: We do our very best to insure that you get the right saddle the first time. So please take advantage of our fitting help BEFORE you order to insure proper fit for both you and your horse. In the event that you purchase a saddle that you need to return, you may do so by calling us within 7 days of reciept of the saddle to notify us of your intent to return the saddle. The saddle must be shipped and recieved by us within 7 days of your notification of intent to return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returned saddles.
WE STRESS THAT ALL RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS OF USE.
PLEASE DO NOT use stirrup leathers or tightly fitted girths that may cause damage to your saddle as we can only give refund or credit for saddles that show no signs of use. Special order upgrades on saddles such as seat color or material changes are not refundable. For health reasons we are unable to accept used saddle pads. Please try your blanket over a clean sheet. If it does not fit, we will be happy to provide an exchange, credit, or refund upon the return of the clean blanket.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please call to receive your RA number before sending the merchandise back to us. Include your name, address and all pertinent billing information with the merchandise.
OTHER THAN THE EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ABOVE, EACH SADDLE-UP TRAIL RIDERS PRODUCT IS SOLD AS IS. THE ABOVE RETURN POLICIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. SADDLE-UP TRAIL RIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. |
